  • (3) Letters of Recommendations

  • $45.00 Money Order payable to Personnel Security Consultants for FBI Federal Background Check

  • Current Navajo Nation Background Check (10 years)
    (Background check must be current within the past 3 months and can be obtained at the Window Rock Police Department in Window Rock, Arizona on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. $15.97 money order payable to the Navajo Nation)

  • Arizona Motor Vehicle Report

  • Certificate of Indian Blood

  • Copy of High School Diploma/GED Certificate

  • College/University Transcripts

  • First Aid/CPR Certificates

  • Valid Finger Print Clearance Card

** Requires AZ State Teacher Certification

Upon receipt of your application, the Human Resource office will assess and review your packet to ensure you meet the minimum qualifications. Should you meet the qualifications; the Human Resources office will contact you to schedule an interview.
