(Background check must be current within the past 3 months and can be obtained at the Window Rock Police Department in Window Rock, Arizona on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's. $15.97 money order payable to the Navajo Nation)

Certificate of Indian Blood
Copy of High School Diploma/GED Certificate
First Aid/CPR Certificates
Valid Finger Print Clearance Card
